RV pneumatic diaphragm pump unique advantages:
1. Material (take Aluminum alloy for instance): Inner and outer layers of Aluminum alloy has been special treated.
Advantages: beautiful appearance, smooth, abrasion, corrosion resistance, 10 times stronger than pure Aluminum.
2. Upper manifold with 3 inlet and outlet in the middle and both side.
Advantages:After middle inlet & outlet blocked, one pump can be divided into two, greatly decrease cost.
3. Ball room: circular arc shape, smooth surface.
Advantages: Smooth arc-shaped room, not easy to abrase ball seat, protect ball seat, increase working life.
4. Cover: smooth arc, less blind corner, more coincide with principle of hydromechanics.
Advantages: more reasonable design, enlarge diaphragm’s working life, raise flow and head at the same working conditions.
5. Diaphragm: available with variety material, more flexible, not easy deformed, automatic return to original position.
Advantages: diaphragm’s design are more flexible, increase working life, more than at least 5 times movement compared with regular diaphragm.
6. Clapboard: arc-shaped design, have the same shape with diaphragm, completely match diaphragm, and protect diaphragm; with additional6 air-guide hole, more coincide with principle of aerobiology and hydromechanics, increase diaphragm working life.
Advantages: Protect diaphragm, Enlarge working life.
7. Central Axis: By hardening treatment on the axis, only have 2 V-ring sealed, can interchange V-ring with air motor. only 2pcs V-ring is ok to install into hardening treated axis, these V-ring also interchange with air motor’s V-ring
Advantages: Easily disconnect and reassemble , not easy to damage, V-ring cyclic utilization, save the cost of maintenance.
Pump Axis is smooth round, not easily damaged, have long working life.
8. Central body: If it breakdown, replace two gasket V-ring it ok.
Advantages: Easily repairing, save maintenance cost.
9. Air motor: pilot type, move vertically and horizontally, after a long time abrasion, there can be automatic compensation.
Easy-wear part adopt special unitary polymer, hardness and flexibility are better than metal, easily to start operate at 0.5kg air pressure
Advantages: never stop operating, less spare part, lubricate automatically, no need lubricant, working in terrible environment
10. Ball seat: both sides can be well used.
Advantages: use repeatedly and save cost.
11. Low noise
